My question is: why Wizards not start a massive reprint campaign for all the Modern staples

Rather than use discard people would historically use self mill so that not only would the Ghoul be in the yard but also 20+ power of dorks, perhaps some guaranteed way to recur is involving flashback cards and Narcomoeba

Five ink is relatively cheap cost for a card that can instantly deal with tough, high-willpower attackers or characters ready to churn lore and progress their player toward victory, so having Dragon Fire at the ready when you need it is always recommended
