Youd already play a 3-mana 3/3 with Toxic 1 thats probably right around a C, but the Flashback upside here is huge, because it gives the card fairly accessible 2-for-1 potential, and the two bodies you get are pretty real
That isn't to say you should ignore those builds if they seem like the best bet for what you pull, only that you should consider what else your cards are capable of before defaulting to one
