Cruelclaw's menace keyword is part of what makes her so powerful
You can play it in any color, and it can fix your mana, to say nothing of what it can do for Shrine decks (the actual reason it's made the list so quickly)

Take the basic versions of Pokmon (preferably a few pieces, but no more than 4 per Pokemon)
Its a nice red card to have, and it enables delirium well in the graveyard, so maybe this card is stronger when you take that into account
