Wintricher村的Ohligsberg葡萄園面朝南方的斜坡，土壤由堅硬的石英為主，略含鐵質，呈現紫色的板岩。酒莊會將如此堅硬的岩塊磨成碎粉再撒回葡萄園。貧脊的土壤，自然形成低產率的濃縮果實與礦物感。GW是Grosser Wintricher的縮寫，意思是特級村Wintricher。樹齡約為45~50歲，成熟度 96度Oechsle，媲美Auslese的成熟度。僅用不銹鋼槽發酵。自然停止發酵的傳統釀造方式，保留下部分的殘糖。
