I drafted the set a lot and had fun with multiple copies of Indulging Patrician closing out games with alarming speed
When you have such a high number of existing mechanics, I can imagine that coming up with something both new and fun is very hard
If is incredible strong at countering all of your opponents spells (Dissolve, Silumgar's Scorn, Disdainful Stroke), killing creatures and planeswalkers (Silumgar's Command, Bile Blight, Ultimate Price, Hero's Downfall), Creating enormous card-draw advantages (Dig Through Time, Dragonlord's prerogative), and, if it comes to it, wiping the entire board (crux of fate)
Not quite a detective board game but certainly different from standard MTG, the Ravnica: Cluedo Edition box will contain 8 booster packs similar to Jumpstart - predetermined collections of cards in a randomised wrapper so you dont know whats inside until you crack the pack
Speaking personally, I've never run low on the stuff
