Tullibardine 2013 10y North Star Solera Barrique 55% 70cl Spirits After undertaking long research to24th Cask Series from indie bottler, North Star Spirits. Distilled September 2013 at the Tullibardine distillery and matured for 10 years in an Oloroso barrique and bourbon barrel. Bottled at 55% vol, with only 378 bottles being filled. Un chillfiltered and natural colour. Tasting notes: Nose Vanilla, Danish Pastry, peachy and soft oak. Palate Gingersnap cookies, dried spices and tinned fruit salad. Finish Gentle and sweet like my Nan. Just class!
