This is rich but not overly extractedin other words, this is a very well balanced wine. The nose is extremely expressive offering aromas of dark cherry, cherry cola, stewed plum, licorice, dried violet and cigar box. The palate is generous, soft, gracious and purely Cabernet Franc. It opens up with flavours of red berry jam, followed by dark cherry, ripe raspberry and licorice.
