風土：百分百生長自酒莊位於Paardeberg山花崗岩的Chenin Blanc(原名為Nuwedam)，2019為首釀年分，此系列是接續「白夜之火」。葡萄園位在Paardeberg山中心山脊，來自20公頃的1972-1985年間種下的老灌木Chenin Blanc，散佈在各坡上，有面東、面西、面北坡，土壤是分解的花崗岩，葡萄往下扎根極深，獲得充分的花崗岩特質，酒質純淨集中。
