Queen Quilt Batik Patchwork Mariner's Compass Stars Paper Goods A loose incense blend IQueen geometric batik patchwork quilt Mariner's Compass Stars is my second foray into paper piecing. All the stars in the quilt are from Carol Doak's book, Mariner's Stars. The fabrics are all bright, beautiful batiks. There are 20 different stars, each is different and has unique quilting designs. The quilt measures 73 x 90 inches, a good queen size. The piece is backed in a beautiful green and blue batik fabric. It is bound with a bias French double
