Ratafia de Bourgogne自古以來就是布根地人最愛的餐前酒與飯後酒。酸甜的風味，還能搭配甜點，例如餡餅、堅果蛋糕或巧克力軟糖等，同樣非常適合。

香氣表現十分奔放，紅櫻桃、蔓越莓與泥土的味道相當明顯。混合白胡椒等香料，個性十足。Benjamin將Corton的單寧修飾得相當細緻，緊緻充滿礦物感的張力。

本款的葡萄來自平均樹齡約30歲的葡萄藤，手工採收後透過氣墊式壓榨機進行榨汁，再進行24小時的低溫靜置沉澱。導入橡木桶中進行培養，透過原生酵母發酵。帶渣培養12個月。新桶比例為20%，之後再換到不銹鋼槽靜置一個月後才開始裝瓶。
