Turning To The Sun - Chuckleberry & Tonka Wild Sour Fruited Wild Ale 5% ABV This mixed BAMade from our base of 2. 5 tonnes of chuckleberries in one of our 5000 litre foudres and fragranced with whole tonka beans. This smoothie like mixed fermentation ale requires careful handling due to a high proportion of fruit solids in the finished beer: chill to 1C before opening; pour immediately into your favourite glassware upon opening. Rich fruit aromas are led by ripe strawberries and fresh chuckleberries, combined with a subtle hint of funk on
