於橡木桶(20%新桶)中帶渣培養12至15個月。散發迷人的礦物、青蘋果、花茶、康乃馨氣息。中等的酒體，口感相當均衡，略帶熱帶水果如桃子、椪柑，加上一絲奶油風味，待陳放幾年，風味將更加整合。

釀造：絕大多以不銹鋼槽低溫發酵，之後導入橡木桶進行培養，到隔年7月才進行裝瓶。酒莊的另一個特色便是長時間的二次瓶陳，最少也經過了36個月的靜置。低添糖，整體的SO2含量僅止20~30 mg/L。
