地塊名稱原意為休耕多年的土地，土壤為黏土質石灰岩，表土非常淺，坡向朝東，最老的樹藤為1970年種植。在大型木舊桶中進行長達90天的發酵，不做任何攪桶。The Wine Advocate的資深酒評William Kelley描述道：「柑橘、洋梨、白花等香氣 伴隨著烤麵包香，風味亮眼且精準到位，在這幾年的氣候影響下，風味表現更加集中飽滿！」
