Description

散發洋梨、柑橘精油、白花的香氣。酒體圓潤飽滿，優雅地包覆著味蕾，活潑的酸味，集中而精確，尾韻帶出細膩的礦物感。

釀造：酒莊的釀造哲學是傳遞風土，保持純淨天然以及和諧平衡。夜間進行人工採收，以小籃分裝避免擠壓。酒廠內進行選果並全數除梗，低溫浸泡，並控溫狀態進行長時間的發酵。極度輕柔的萃取，避免來自葡萄籽的粗曠單寧，以浸泡方式取得柔軟細緻的甜美單寧。新桶比例平均為50%，以保留布根地特有的柔美芳醇。
