風土：Bourgogne Côte d'Or AOC成立於2017年，雖附屬於Bourgogne AOC廣域級，但葡萄來源的範圍不是全布根地，而是限於金丘(包括夜丘與伯恩丘共40個村莊)，南北共計65公里長，寬1至2公里，能使用的葡萄品種僅夏多內及黑皮諾，規定產率也較一般的Bourgogne AOC更低，因此更加突顯此廣域級紅、白酒的特殊性。
