167瓶。混合使用陶罐，橡木桶，不銹鋼大槽。近年來越來越受矚目的成熟飽滿型Aligoté，展現出豐富的口感與酒體，並且依舊保持清爽的果實風味。

散發出蜜漬杏桃的香氣，如天鵝絨般清新圓潤。入口有金合歡蜂蜜和紫羅蘭糖果的味道，芳香悠長，並帶有檸檬和蜜餞的香氣。這款 Ratafia 在味蕾上留下了非常持久的新鮮感。

酒名即為「Fertans的Ploussard」，顧名思義，葡萄全部來自Fertans葡萄園70歲樹藤，主要土壤為灰泥質黏土。80%帶梗釀造，原生酵母啟動發酵前，先低溫浸漬20天以得到柔和的口感，和鮮明的酒色，之後再以不鏽鋼槽培養11個月，裝瓶前不過濾、不澄清。
