George Cave Size:M116 Sweet white flesh with someAn early eating apple. Small to medium fruit, flushed red. Crisp, sweet and juicy with an intense flavour. A strong tree and a good cropper, ready in mid August. Like many early varieties, does not keep long. Raised by George Cave in 1923, but introduced to Seabrook's Nursery in Essex in 1945.
