La Pirámide - Colombia / DRIP profile Style:5 lb Flavor Notes - HoneyLa Pirmide stands out as one of our cherished offerings, curated with great delight for the discerning palates of the Pacific Northwest. A remarkable collaboration of three hundred small scale coffee producers gives rise to this exceptional gem. In Colombia, where coffee cultivation takes place on modest plots of land, typically less than 5 acres, individual producers often face the risk of being overlooked by roasters seeking larger quantities.
