這款酒散發出濃郁的果味，有草莓、覆盆子、酸櫻桃和牡丹的花香，並帶有香草味。後段由杏仁、肉桂、蜂蜜和木頭等細緻的香氣支撐。如奶油般口感優雅平衡深具複雜度，尾韻綿延。是一款飽滿的粉紅香檳。

來自酒莊上夜丘的葡萄園，共計12公頃，海拔近400公尺，較為冷涼的風土造就其充足的酸度，表土淺薄，下方即為堅硬的石灰岩。散發成熟杏桃、柑橘、淡淡花香，帶點奶油香的圓潤口感，有著鮮明的酸度，中等的酒體，尾韻清爽且略帶鹹感！
