This wine was fermented in neutral oak and aged on lees and in barrel for 8 months, giving this 2021 a great texture. While being round and soft right out of the gate, this wine possesses a striking acidity. The front palate of citrus and lemon peel takes centre stage, while orchard fruit like peach create a memorable mid palate. The back end displays passion fruit, chamomile tea,
