A great piece of paper with no edge nicks & just a couple very small pin holes. The vignette is of three workman talking. Hand signed twice in brown ink & also the serial number is hand signed. The back is blank but is just as nice as the front. Measures just over 5 inches long. There are 3 interesting things about this note: 1) The treasury seal is in red ink
