來自Burn Cottage、Sauvage、Sappa三個葡萄園，使用10種以上不同種的黑皮諾，包括來自DRC之La Tâche特級園的Abel克隆種！酒風呈現出經典Central Otago黑皮諾風格。酒莊希望保留更多新鮮果味，從2019年份開始改為旋轉瓶蓋。首先散發出紅櫻桃、梅子、玫瑰花香氣，而草本、茶香、香料等風味也接踵而至，舌尖能感受到其細緻的質感，尾韻相當持久！

Chassagne Montrachet村曾與夜丘多數村莊一樣，曾是黑皮諾的精華區，一直到二戰結束後，當地白酒市場才逐漸攀升，紅酒酒質可說與夜丘不相上下，而價格卻親民許多！散發黑醋栗、紅色莓果、濕落葉等氣息，深沉且圓熟的口感、絲綢般的單寧感，讓人難擋想再喝一杯的慾望。
