A brilliant unmounted mint, with full original gum, block of six overprinted "SPECIMEN" type 15,. There is a very light diagonal crease, which does not affect appearance crossing only one stamp. Overall, a super and very rare Government Official block. The "O. W. Official" overprints were issued to Office of Works. Higher value issues from 2d and above were issued in 1902 for registration fees
