The BLF147 is a 28V HF/ VHF RF power mosfet rated at 150W output power

It is rated up to 175MHz with a 28V supply

Also available on a heatsink  here

but we recommend either the Enigma HS150 or HS200 which should be purchased in addition to the kit of parts if you do not have a suitable heatsink available
