釀造：紅酒釀造上，手工採收的黑皮諾100%除梗，後進行長達10天的帶皮低溫浸泡，發酵時間也延長為30天，進行徹底卻輕柔的萃取，以便後續長達18個月的橡木桶培養。白酒的部分，更是酒莊晉身頂尖酒莊的象徵。手工成串採收後直接放入氣墊式壓榨機進行榨汁，再移至不銹鋼槽靜置。之後導入橡木桶進行長時間的發酵，其中溫度控制保持在19度C以下。攪桶依年份決定。經過12個月後進行裝瓶。
