Bottled at a higher ABV than its award winning summer sibling, coming in at 47. 7%. Matured in a combination of first fill ex bourbon and STR casks with a higher proportion of American oak. The casks have been selected from the warmer upper dunnage at the Distillery where the warmer temperatures provide variation in wood extract.
