The 2017 Blanc de Blanc boasts fresh flavours of green apple, young pear and key lime, followed by toasty buttery notes reminiscent of fresh baked croissants and brioche. This wine is fresh, dry, lively and filled with tension and energy the palate also displays a lasting and vigorous mousse that lasts forever and bring creaminess through the finish.
