Souled American - Frozen LP xx1994 Worm’s second albumAfter four albums for Rough Trade between 88 and 92 Souled American regrouped in 94 without a record label, formal recording studio, and down a member (or two?). The result is Frozen, which may be my favourite album of theirs although they are all fantastic! Here the Souled American sound takes a turn into the ditch, side two of Neil Youngs On The Beach era ditch in particular. Their Americana without the weenie aspects sound, a title Palace Brothers
