整串葡萄壓榨，使用原生酵母在不鏽鋼槽中發酵，老橡木桶中陳釀3至6個月，必要時會進行澄清與過濾。

充滿馥郁的花香與甜美的紅櫻桃、藍莓等氣息，酒體適中骨架細膩，具有精緻的單寧。口感圓潤柔軟，可陳年5至8年風味發展表現會更加優異。

用軟木塞進行二次發酵。350~600公升舊大橡木桶發酵。
