2018 Cabernet Franc grilled wild rice stuffed red pepper Score has been updated fromA medium body Cabernet Franc with great length and many classic elements. First, the nose is elegant and fruity, mostly with Strawberry, spicy cherry and cedar. The palate is clean and bright with a great deal of earthiness and dried herb. Ripe raspberry, strawberry, plum and dark cherry are opening the wheel of flavours before hitting notes of expresso coffee, dark chocolate and fine Asian spices. The oak is present and well managed bringing some
