It was fermented in concrete and aged for 10 months in neutral French oak. With a medium plus body, the wine offers great concentration, fantastic varietal typicity and the stand out feature an extremely long and satisfying finish. On the nose, aromas of red cherry, crushed raspberry, cigar box, dried violets, warmth earth and fresh thyme. The palate is well
