Oku is a thoughtfully crafted knife, created in collaboration with skilled artisans from Tsubame Sanjo in Niigata Prefecture, Japan, a region with over 400 years of metalworking heritage. Inspired by traditional Japanese table arrangements, its distinctive folded handle enhances functionality, allowing the knife to engage with objects on the table in inventive ways. The accompanying board is made from
