Les Bouchères一級園位於朝東的緩坡上，享有充足的早晨陽光；加上此處以石灰岩為主的貧瘠土壤，僅覆蓋著一層薄薄的表土，賦予極佳的排水性，從而提高果實的風味濃縮度。香氣集中，散發檸檬蜜餞、香草與榛果風味，口感純淨。
