Sauvignon Blanc has shown great success in other cool climate regions with similar limestone soils. This project gave our winemaker the opportunity to gain hands on experience with potential new plantings, crafting this fine example of Sauvignon Blanc. Expect ripe exotic fruit notes like lychee, passionfruit and guava, plus the classic herbal characteristics of
