You dont want a lot of this card, because it costs three mana and keeping a low curve is paramount in an aggro deck, but the first has a lot of value as simply a well-rounded card that helps cover your bases, and the second is a consideration if the above threats become more popular
It doesn't take long to ultimate Vraska up and out
One mana for that level of consistency is ridiculous
Sagas in Sigurd's colors that work especially well with this effect include Elspeth Conquers Death, Fable of the Mirror-Breaker, and There And Back Again
This isnt a Vintage or even Legacy Cube-caliber card, but it does strike me as an intriguing option for Cubes as lower power levels
