I'm sure Zedruu has some "helpful" permanents to lend to you while your good stuff gets sacrificed away

The auto-ability to select one Forward of cost 4 or lower that is controlled by the opponent and break it is then added to the Stack after Xiphos has been placed

Ancient Adamantoise Any use you get out of Ancient Adamantoise makes it great, because the rebate of 10 treasures is massive and often means you can cast a larger and stronger spell after this
