None of the Garfield Event Cards are legal to play in Type 1 tournaments as these cards were never released by Wizards of the Coast and, for that matter, were never really intended to be seen by the public

Targeting Lands Okina, Temple to the Grandfathers is a little more reliable than Pendelhaven, but this deck will usually have a 1/1 creature, and not costing a mana to use makes Pendelhaven better

Either of those seems decent to me, and the choice of either/or gives this a nice amount of flexibility

If you dont own some of the more expensive cards in my list, then many of the above are fine replacements
