It doesnt have many applications outside of EDH unless you wanted to get really spicy with Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord in Timeless, but in EDH it chews away at your opponents resources with a few clones

The Locust God isn't terribly large, but it is very difficult to get rid of, which is almost as good

You may cast that spell without paying its mana cost, then put the other cards exiled on the bottom of your library
