For the ramp package I'd like to suggest a budget conscious version using mostly green, but if you've got the duals, fetches, and shocks you know you'll be using those in place of my suggestions
Eight copies was too many, mostly because hands with multiple Reunions were as good as the ones with only one because the turn-three Ox was discarding remaining copies that got stuck in hand
The devastating auras in this one use the likes of Shardmage's Rescue, Sheltered by Ghosts, and Angelic Destiny defeat any opponents that stumble and don't have the right removal
The special thing is that Garruk Relentless is a double-faced card, while Clone isn't
Primal Command Primal Command was a bigger deal when it was released than it is now
Simic Simic is likely to have a dumb, +1/+1 counter theme and some support for it but it will mostly just be a goodstuff commander, if there even is a good commander in the set
