We've got two kind-of villains here, with Boris Devilboon being a 'Zombie Wizard' -- he's a scar-faced necromancer wizard guy that looks rather stereotypically evil, and his (ridiculously expensive) tap effect summons 1/1 Demon tokens
While normally creatures suffer from summoning sickness upon entering the battlefield, prohibiting them from attacking or activating tap-based abilities during their first turn in play, haste circumvents summoning sickness entirely
This is a great way of repeatedly removing cards from an opponent's graveyard , particularly since you receive some nice bonuses while you do so: whenever a creature card is exiled this way, a +1/+1 counter is put on the Froghemoth, and whenever a noncreature card is exiled this way, you gain one life
Verdurous Gearhulk
She is often shown in the mainline games to have a very serious and cold personality , which is made quite evident by how she seems to stare directly at the player with a blank expression
