Created in collaboration between the Van Gogh Museum and Pokemon to commemorate famed artist Vincent Van Gogh, the card caused such incredible demand for the museum that they had to actually pull it from being available
It came at a time when we had a bit of a lull in perceived power level (I use air quotes there because the set has some super powerful cards in) and I think people passed up on it a little too readily
Its effect is not a static ability effect, and it changes the objects characteristics (Flashback ability is a characteristic)
Wake Up Your Elemental HERO
Build up a strong enough board presence, or get your opponent low enough with chip damage, and you can create a game state where your opponent can't even kill your creatures without risking death themselves
