I didn't build this list as a combo deck, but any deck that is designed to draw cards effectively could easily be pivoted to being a deck that wants to dig for combo pieces
Snapcaster Mage has been strong in Commander as well, letting you rebuy any instant or sorcery in your graveyard for just 2 mana

The lands in the format arent kind to decks that are trying to curve out playing creatures across different colors, and the sheer number of tokens and cards like Satyr Wayfinder make life very difficult for a 2/1
Urza can make some massive token creatures every turn, and it's easy to cheat his commander tax, thanks to his affinity for artifact creatures
There will be seven other rulebreakers in the upcoming Mystery Booster set, but I'll reserve judgment until I see them, and I'm assuming they won't all mess with colors the way Tolabow does
