Then the legendary dork costs four for a Phantom Monster with flying and size and then haste too to swing outta nowhere and then when it deals combat damage you can get a Liliana +1 trigger to get everyone to discard, or have everyone draw and lose a life or Innocent Blood

Synergize it with General Ferrous Rokiric to build a huge army while this creature keeps the extra spells coming from exile

Later in the game, the impact of this card is reduced a bit, since just one mana probably won't make that big of a difference on turn fifteen or more, but the explosive early game it can provide is impossible to ignore
