Something I suggest making it more OP is to make is to add an effect on at least Mastered UI Goku that says, "If a card is unaffected by card effects, cannot be targeted by card effects, cannot be destroyed by battle, or cannot be destroyed by card effects, it can be." or something along those lines as it completely negates card protection.
Now, according to @AskTarget, Target's official support account on Twitter, they have plans to reverse this decision, presumably as a litmus test to see if scalpers will continue to act inappropriately

Likewise, there are cards such as Carrot that On Play and On Attack ensure one of your opponent's Rested characters remains Rested for the foreseeable future
Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation / Temple of Civilization Look, its hard to argue with Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation as a good token commander
A third Jasmine is not necessary in this deck, but if you want it, the 1900 defense and drawing ability can justify adding it instead of Golden Ladybug
