GV: Given that these decks only have three new cards apiece, and that the new Commander is the only option for leading the deck, it was probably the single card that the most focus was put into
You can sacrifice every other creature in the deck to its casualty ability, and the guaranteed copy effect means Parnesse plays better with your commander, rather than the other way around
