I think this is probably great in like standard, but for EDH there's so many good options that cost 2, or cost 3 but exile the spell, or are straight up free, that I am doubtful this makes the cut

Lands-Matter decks might run an Ancient Greenwarden or Traveling Chocobo which double the triggers as well

It won't be a full on boogeyman but this is going to be a strong deck
