So it might mitigate how much it feels like you cast it for, but the reason I'm not a fan is having 9 mana for reanimation is tough, but if you do, it's amazing

It's only a 3/3 when you cast it, but if you make opponents mill or discard, it can grow bigger than most dragons

The second half of the card does depend on the game state when you cast it, but I think the upside here is easily worth waiting a turn or two
