I havent really seen it be discussed much but thats my experience as well and that the foils start to sometimes peel off on the sides very easily All of my childhood ex cards have frontal foil creasing even though I never took them out the binder ( krill October 25, 2020, 3:43pm 11 Im not sure about the front white spots but the back black spots can definitely be cleaned somewhat if not mostly
There is a version that comes without the Pokmon Center NY stamp too, but that is also exceedingly rare, only coming with a November 2002 issue of Nintendo Power , the same month as the Pokmon Center exclusive version
