Obsessive Skinner Dispensing +1/+1 counters each turn can be surprisingly powerful, especially once you chuck in a couple of cards like Pir, Imaginative Rascal or Shalai and Hallar to get more out of the upkeep trigger
The more things a card does, the more it tends to slot into a wider variety of decks
They then include "tech" cards in their deckoften just a single copy of a cardspecifically to counter a popular strategy
