It's not awful and might serve passably in the early game, but we can't really see it having a place in any of the Pokemon TCG Pocket best decks at time of writing

The short answer is that in general you get a reasonable amount of value over a Raven's Crime, both information and disruption, however there is a significant delay on the relevance of that disruption
